Paper Clay Insects

This lesson explores mini beasts and the work of Flora Waycott. Students will work on cardboard with paper clay or plasticine to create a sculptural artworks inspired by Waycott’s style.

Year level suitability: Level 3 – Level 6

Duration: Approximately 2 lessons

Materials: Thin card, Coloured plasticine or paper clay, Scissors, Reference images of insects
