Plasticine Coral Reef

This lesson explores modelling techniques using plasticine, inspired by the work of artist Courtney Mattison. In this lesson students will use modelling skills to create a small scale sculpture out of coloured plasticine.

Year level suitability: Foundation – 6

Duration: Approximately 2 lessons

Materials: Plasticine in a variety of colours, small cardboard base, tools for modelling (EG: Toothpicks, clay tools, etc)
