Geometric Felt Collage

In this lesson students will explore the work of Gunta Stölzl and create a textiles collage. Students will use bright coloured felt and cotton to cut and stitch different shapes and patterns to create an abstract artwork.

Year level suitability: Level 3 – Secondary

Duration: Approximately 3 lessons

Materials:

·       Needle

·       Tacky glue
